• As a Relationship Manager, you will be the face of our company, representing Kotak Mahindra Prime Ltd in the market. Your primary focus will be on developing and nurturing relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs, and offering tailored two-wheeler finance solutions. You will be responsible for driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the finance process.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial goals and requirements.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in relationship management or sales, preferably in the finance industry.
• Strong knowledge of two-wheeler finance products and the ability to explain complex financial concepts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and MS Office applications.
• Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
