• 12 Months Fixed Term
• Full Time - Hybrid
• Location – Brisbane, Eight Mile Plains
• Reporting to the Team Lead Customer Support, this role is responsible for providing professional, friendly and efficient service to our Customers and Sales teams throughout Australia, ensuring that an excellent standard of service and a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained.
• This role would suit someone who is reliable, able to multitask in a busy environment, has strong attention to detail, a friendly phone manner, quick to learn new systems and confident navigating between systems. This is a 12-Month Fixed Term opportunity working full time, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Input customer orders and provide timely and accurate responses to customers
• Provide support to customers, field representatives, sales managers and internal departments at Cook Australia
• Ensure customer support is carried out in an efficient, professional and timely manner
• Process shipments for international customers
• Manage orders/requests as necessary and communicate with various stakeholders
• Answer customer queries via phone and email

Requirements

• Previous Customer Support or data entry experience is highly regarded
• Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills
• Excellent data entry skills
• Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word) essential
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, balancing multiple priorities
• Highly organised with a focus on attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to rapidly learn multiple systems and navigate these while interacting with customers
• Ability to switch between tasks if priorities change
• Ability to work under pressure and on own initiative with a positive attitude to problem-solving
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• A growth and continuous improvement mindset
