• SafeStreets is expanding its national Direct Sales Team and is hiring experienced door-to-door sales representatives who are ready to start immediately. If you have a strong sales background, a winning mindset, and a genuine desire to help people protect their homes and families, we want to talk to you.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first face-to-face point of contact for SafeStreets customers, delivering a 5-star experience in every interaction
• Consult with homeowners and business owners to design customized smart security solutions
• Manage assigned territories and plan daily sales activity
• Meet or exceed sales goals and performance expectations
• Maintain an integrity-based sales approach focused on long-term customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Door-to-door (D2D) or business-to-business (B2B) sales experience required; security or home services sales experience strongly preferred
• Entrepreneurial, goal-driven, and career-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
• Smartphone or tablet
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Must be at least 18 years old
