• Work Schedule: Evening Shift - The shifts may consist of nights: 9pm - 0730am, this would be a 7 on 7 off rotation. Evening is 3pm -1130pm, varied days. 4 10's one week, 3 10's 2nd week, week ends on Saturday begins on Sunday
• Pay rate: $60-$65

Responsibilities

• We are seeking an experienced Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT) to perform a wide range of laboratory testing in chemistry, hematology, microbiology, and microscopy. The ideal candidate will accurately analyze specimens, operate and maintain laboratory instrumentation, ensure quality control compliance, and provide timely, reliable results that support patient diagnosis and treatment. This role also provides guidance to phlebotomy staff while maintaining the highest standards of laboratory practice.
• Perform chemical, hematology, microbiology, immunology, and microscopic laboratory testing.
• Analyze patient specimens using manual and automated laboratory equipment.
• Prepare, label, process, and store specimens according to established protocols.
• Prepare laboratory reagents, stains, media, and solutions.
• Perform quality control procedures and troubleshoot quality issues.
• Evaluate the accuracy and validity of test results before reporting.
• Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments.
• Maintain detailed laboratory documentation and records.
• Clean and sterilize laboratory equipment and work areas.
• Adhere to laboratory safety standards, infection control practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide guidance and support to phlebotomy staff as needed.
• Follow all facility policies, procedures, and quality assurance standards.
