Responsibilities
- A Day in the Life Reporting to the Medical Digital & Omnichannel Director, you will sit at the absolute heart of our omnichannel strategy, driving engagement with medical professionals across all LDB brands (CeraVe, La Roche-Posay, SkinCeuticals, Vichy, and skinbetter science).
- Omnichannel Strategy & Cycle Planning: Advise brands on optimal channel mixes to maximize B2B ROI and lead comprehensive cycle planning across medical and field teams.
- HCP360 & Digital Transformation: Own the Medical Customer Data Platform (CDP) roadmap, leading local pilots for clinic staff and pharmacies to power behavioral retargeting.
- B2B Media & Innovation: Oversee the divisional B2B paid media strategy, coordinating agencies to execute targeted lead generation.
- Digital Ecosystems & Content: Execute the digital strategy for Pharmacists (eLearning on LDBPro, DCRM, automated journeys) and drive the localization of medical content.
Requirements
- We Are Looking For
- Omnichannel Strategy: Deep knowledge of medical marketing landscapes, CRM ecosystems (e.g., Salesforce/Veeva), and e-learning platforms.
- Media Planning: Expertise in paid media planning, full-funnel KPI tracking, and agency coordination.
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage platform roadmaps and collaborate with IT, digital, and global teams.
- Data Fluency: Strong analytical capacity to translate complex metrics into actionable business growth.
- Medical Ecosystem (Asset): Familiarity with scientific terminology, dermocosmetics, or pharmaceutical environments.
