• We are looking for a talented and highly motivated Senior DevOps Infrastructure Engineer to join our DevOps team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, implementing, automating, and maintaining DevOps tools, processes, and infrastructure across cloud and on-premises environments. This role requires strong technical expertise, hands-on problem-solving ability, and the capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a global, matrixed environment.
• The successful candidate should be comfortable working across infrastructure administration, automation, cloud platforms, CI/CD enablement, virtualization, configuration management, and operating system support. A proactive mindset, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to drive technical execution independently are essential for success in this role.
• We are seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Infrastructure Engineer with strong expertise in cloud and on-premises infrastructure, automation, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, operating system administration, virtualization, and configuration management. The candidate should have hands-on experience with Windows and Linux administration, scripting, cloud platforms such as Azure/AWS/GCP, VMware technologies, and tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Chef, Puppet, Ansible, and Terraform. This role requires a self-driven professional who can troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues, automate build and deployment processes, collaborate with global teams, and contribute to secure, scalable, and efficient DevOps operations.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, administer, maintain, and decommission infrastructure across both on-premises and cloud environments.
• Build and manage Infrastructure as Code solutions for cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS.
• Automate build, deployment, and release processes using scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, Shell, Perl, and Batch.
• Support CI/CD pipelines by integrating automated testing, quality assurance, and deployment workflows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to infrastructure, application deployment, networking, operating systems, and cloud environments.
• Administer and maintain Windows and Linux server environments, including operating system deployment and platform-level support.
• Manage configuration management tools such as Chef, Puppet, and Ansible, including setup, maintenance, and automation use cases.
• Work with virtualization technologies such as VMware ESXi, vCenter, and vRA cloud management platforms.
• Implement and maintain security best practices to protect sensitive data and support compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with geographically distributed development, QA, IT, and infrastructure teams to deliver reliable DevOps and infrastructure solutions.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in DevOps, cloud computing, infrastructure automation, and software delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in a DevOps, infrastructure engineering, systems administration, or similar technical role.
• Strong hands-on experience with infrastructure administration and maintenance across cloud and on-premises environments.
• In-depth knowledge of Windows and Linux server administration.
• Practical experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Set up and maintain Network, firewall and DMZ, Vnet, subnets in Azure
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation-driven infrastructure deployment.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, PowerShell, Shell, Perl, or Batch.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and infrastructure troubleshooting.
• Experience with configuration management tools such as Chef, Puppet, or Ansible.
• Exposure to virtualization technologies, including VMware ESXi, vCenter, and cloud management platforms.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively while solving complex technical problems.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with globally distributed teams.
• Experience working with dynamic public, private, and hybrid cloud environments.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform, Chef, Puppet, Python, Perl, Shell, Batch, and PowerShell scripting.
• Experience working on Windows and Linux platforms, including operating system administration.
• Experience managing vendors for license procurement, setup, and configuration.
• Experience implementing FinOps, cost optimization, and cloud governance practices.
• Certification in Red Hat Enterprise Linux or SUSE Linux Enterprise Server is preferred.
