Tiktok Shop & Affiliate Marketing Manager at Recom in Deerfield Beach, FL

• Recom is expanding beyond Amazon into social commerce and creator-driven growth, and we're looking for a TikTok Shop & Affiliate/Influencer Marketing Manager to own both fronts. Reporting directly to the SVP, Social & Agentic Commerce, this person will set the strategy for how Recom launches and scales TikTok Shop across our brand portfolio—working closely with our partner teams, who run day-to-day shop operations—while also owning our Amazon-focused affiliate and influencer programs, including Creator Connections and off-Amazon creator partnerships. We're looking for a builder: someone who can work autonomously, think long-term, and be strategic about how each brand shows up on TikTok Shop and how we build out the function overall—not just manage the current process.

Responsibilities

• TikTok Shop
• Own the long-term strategy for how Recom builds and scales its TikTok Shop function — acting as a builder rather than a caretaker of the current process, working autonomously to identify what needs to change and driving that evolution proactively.
• Build and continuously improve the processes and playbooks for onboarding, launching, and managing a brand on TikTok Shop — designing new, more efficient ways of working rather than just running the process as it exists today.
• Set the strategic direction for each brand's TikTok Shop presence — hero SKU and pricing strategy, content and creator approach, and where to lean into paid boosting — while partner teams execute the day-to-day operations, using the TikTok Shop unit-economics model to guide which SKUs launch and at what price.
• Track and report GMV, contribution margin, and Amazon halo impact across the brand portfolio.
• Work closely with our partner teams to own the end-to-end launch process for new brands: account/entity setup, catalog and hero SKU selection.
• Manage the day-to-day relationship with our partner teams, running the weekly operating cadence, holding them accountable to deliverables, and reviewing performance.
• Affiliate & Influencer Marketing
• Analyze and report on KPIs across both TikTok Shop and affiliate/influencer channels — traffic, conversion, revenue impact — and continuously optimize based on performance.
• Own Amazon Creator Connections end to end — pitching brands into the program, launching campaigns, and running biweekly performance reporting — and manage the off-Amazon creator bucket, generating Amazon Attribution links and reporting on referral-bonus performance.
• Recruit, onboard, and manage relationships with affiliates, deal sites, media partners, and influencers (Levanta, Creator Connections, CJ, Impact, Awin, Superfiliate, Upfluence, and similar), negotiating commission, flat-fee, and hybrid compensation models.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience building and scaling a brand's TikTok Shop presence — either at a TikTok Shop agency or otherwise deeply in the weeds running TikTok Shop day-to-day — with enough hands-on background to direct execution, not just review it.
• 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or performance marketing, preferably in an Amazon-focused eCommerce environment.
• Hands-on experience managing affiliate or creator programs through platforms such as Levanta, Creator Connections, CJ, Impact, Awin, or similar.
• Comfort reading a per-SKU or per-partner profitability model and making margin-based calls on what to launch or scale.
• A builder mindset — proven ability to work autonomously, think long-term, and shape strategy for a new function rather than simply managing an existing process.
• Familiarity with how TikTok Shop partner/agency pricing typically works (retainer plus a GMV or ad-spend-based fee).
• Experience with influencer marketing platforms such as Superfiliate, Upfluence, Grin, CreatorIQ, or the Amazon Influencer Program.
• Familiarity with Amazon fulfillment (FBA/MCF) and Amazon Attribution.
• Exposure to halo or incrementality measurement concepts (media mix modeling, geo-testing, or similar).
• Experience with ClickUp or similar project management tooling.
