- Young, hungry, and want to get into AI sales in San Francisco?
- Join Vesence and work directly with the founders to turn thoughtful outreach into real opportunities, and help shape how we win customers.
- We’re hiring a Founding BDR to help build sales pipeline, working in person in San Francisco and reporting directly to the founder.
- Your challenge is to connect with as many relevant prospects as possible, understand the problems they face in their day-to-day work, and show how the Vesence platform can help. You’ll combine high-volume outreach with genuine curiosity, turning conversations into qualified opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Research target accounts and identify relevant decision-makers.
- Run personalized outreach through email, phone and LinkedIn.
- Qualify opportunities and arrange meetings with the founder.
- Maintain clear CRM records and follow up consistently.
- Test messaging and share prospect feedback with the team.
- Learn to connect Vesence’s capabilities to concrete workflows: reviewing a contract, checking a financial model or preparing a client presentation.
Requirements
- What we’re looking for
- Hunger and dedication to win.
- Ability to work in person in San Francisco.
- Clear writing, thoughtful research, and confidence on the phone.
- Experience as an outbound SDR or BDR in B2B software is a plus.
- Curiosity about how professional firms evaluate AI: what makes a demonstration compelling, what creates trust, and what prevents adoption.
