• Location: Parsippany, NJ
• Work Arrangement: Hybrid – Onsite Monday through Thursday, Remote Friday
• Duration: Long-Term Contract through July 2028
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Pay Rate: $80 to $91.00 per hour on W2
• Start Date: ASAP
• We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Program Manager to support a large-scale, multi-year SAP S/4HANA business transformation within a complex manufacturing environment.
• This role will focus on end-to-end Supply Chain business processes, including manufacturing, maintenance, warehouse operations, transportation, planning, and Source-to-Pay. The Program Manager will serve as a key connection point between business leadership, Supply Chain process owners, SAP/IT teams, and third-party system integrators.
• The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of how Supply Chain processes operate within a manufacturing organization and has direct experience supporting enterprise SAP transformations.
• The successful candidate will be a strong cross-functional leader who can connect business strategy with execution across Supply Chain, SAP, IT, and external implementation partners.
• You should be comfortable anticipating risks before they become delivery issues, driving decisions across teams without direct authority, and maintaining strong program governance in a complex transformation environment.
• This is a highly visible opportunity for an experienced SAP Supply Chain Program Manager who understands both the technology transformation and, equally important, the underlying manufacturing and Supply Chain business processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate a portfolio of Supply Chain initiatives supporting an enterprise SAP S/4HANA transformation.
• Maintain program plans covering initiative sequencing, milestones, dependencies, risks, and business readiness.
• Drive cross-functional resolution of issues and dependencies across Supply Chain, SAP, IT, Data, Change Management, Training, and business teams.
• Partner with Business Owners and Process Owners to define objectives, scope, success measures, priorities, and decision ownership.
• Coordinate business participation in solution design, testing, training, and implementation readiness activities.
• Work closely with SAP, IT, and Data teams to align business priorities with technical delivery plans and release schedules.
• Provide visibility into SAP delivery progress, risks, and dependencies that could impact Supply Chain operations or business readiness.
• Coordinate with system integrators and third-party partners to ensure alignment with program priorities, governance standards, and delivery expectations.
• Track partner deliverables, risks, dependencies, documentation, and knowledge-transfer activities.
• Identify and escalate risks related to business readiness, resource capacity, timing, adoption, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Support executive-level reporting, Steering Committee meetings, portfolio reviews, and program governance.
• Track business benefits, KPIs, and value realization throughout the transformation.
• Help ensure integration across Planning, Source-to-Pay, Manufacturing, Maintenance, Warehouse, Transportation, Data, Reporting, and Technology workstreams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 8+ years of project or program management experience.
• 3–5+ years of experience supporting SAP ERP transformations, including SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
• Direct experience supporting Supply Chain business processes within an SAP environment.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain processes, particularly within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Experience working across areas such as manufacturing, maintenance, warehouse operations, transportation, planning, procurement, and Source-to-Pay.
• Strong understanding of the business process impact associated with SAP implementations and transformations.
• Experience partnering with business leaders, IT organizations, SAP teams, and system integrators.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex cross-functional dependencies, risks, priorities, and business readiness activities.
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
