Overview
Act as the point of escalation for L1 Systems Analyst. Deliver advanced workstation support. Provide advanced customer specific application support. Troubleshoot advanced network connectivity and devices/user connectivity.
Responsibilities
- Act as the point of escalation for L1 Systems Analyst.
