- Four Paws at Four Points Veterinary Hospital is seeking an outgoing Client Service Representative / Veterinary Receptionist to serve as the welcoming face of our hospital.
- In this fast-paced veterinary front desk role, you will create exceptional client experiences, build trust through compassionate service, manage appointments and daily patient flow, handle multi-line phones and in-person interactions, process transactions, and support clients with essential information about our services. Ideal candidates are friendly, detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrive in a team-focused customer service environment.

Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a customer service, reception, or client-facing role
- Previous veterinary receptionist or healthcare-related front-desk experience is strongly preferred
- Ability to manage a multi-phone line system while assisting in-person clients
- Experience working with veterinary practice management software, especially Avimark, preferred
- Ability to provide compassionate, professional service to clients during both routine and emotionally sensitive situations
- Experience scheduling appointments and coordinating calendars preferred
- Ability to accurately process payments and maintain financial records
- Ability to remain calm, professional and solution-oriented during busy periods

- Compensation: $18 - $20 per hour, for each hour worked
- Schedule: This is a full-time position, with a 4 x 10 schedule and availability needed Monday–Friday with every other Saturday morning (8:00 AM–1:00 PM). No on-call requirements.

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
