• Legion is hiring a Revenue Operations & Strategy Lead to build and operate the commercial system behind Provider Partnerships and referral growth. You will connect our growth goals to territories, account priorities, capacity, incentives, systems, data, workflows, and the decisions our field team makes every day.
• This is the commercial side of revenue operations—not billing or revenue-cycle management. You will report to the Head of Provider Partnerships and begin as a senior individual contributor and player-coach across three connected areas: Planning & Performance; Revenue Systems, Data & Automation; and Provider Partnership Operations. As the business grows, you will help determine when those capabilities should become separate roles and build the function ahead of need.
• This is also not a reporting-only job. You should be comfortable moving from an ambiguous commercial question to a recommendation, model, dashboard, workflow, or system that people actually adopt. The measure of success is the productivity, predictability, and quality of decisions you enable—not the number of reports you produce.
• You will work closely with Provider Partnerships, Growth, Patient Operations, Finance, Product, Engineering, and People. The right person combines rigorous commercial judgment with hands-on systems ability and stays accountable from diagnosis through implementation.
• Give leadership an accurate, forward-looking view of growth, capacity, productivity, and risk—and bring a recommendation when the numbers change.
• Make territory, hiring, quota, incentive, and market-expansion decisions repeatable and grounded in shared assumptions.
• Increase Provider Partnerships Manager productivity by focusing field time on the right practices, reducing administrative friction, and improving ramp.
• Create a CRM, dashboard, and operating cadence that field teams trust because it is useful, current, and simple enough to maintain.
• Achieve high referral-attribution coverage, strong data integrity, fast exception resolution, and reliable provider-update service levels.
• Turn decisions into adopted workflows across Provider Partnerships, Growth, Operations, Finance, Product, and Engineering without dropped handoffs.
• Build systems and capabilities ahead of the moment they would otherwise constrain growth.
• Surface important risks early, explain the underlying drivers clearly, and stay accountable until the issue is resolved.

Responsibilities

• Own commercial planning and forecasting, connecting referral-growth targets to market opportunity, territory coverage, rep capacity, productivity, ramp time, and hiring needs.
• Design territory, account-segmentation, tiering, and target-account methodologies that concentrate field time on the highest-value provider and practice opportunities.
• Build scenario models that help leadership decide when to enter markets, add capacity, change coverage, or invest in new programs.
• Develop quota and incentive methodology, administer attainment reconciliation, and give Alex and Finance decision-ready recommendations with clear controls and economics.
• Own CRM governance and the commercial data model across providers, practices, contacts, activities, territories, partnership status, referrals, attribution, and forecasts.
• Define the KPI framework and build trusted dashboards for territory health, activity, conversion, signed practices, first referrals, recurring referral volume, productivity, and risk.
• Set and execute the commercial technology, automation, and AI roadmap. Evaluate tools, lead implementation, simplify workflows, establish governance, and measure adoption and business impact.
• Improve the end-to-end Provider Partnerships process from market and account selection through signed partnership, practice launch, first referral, and recurring account growth.
• Serve as the operating liaison between Provider Partnerships and Growth or Patient Operations when referral handoffs, patient-conversion issues, provider updates, or recurring workflow problems require cross-functional resolution.
• Establish the operating cadence for forecasts, pipeline and referral reviews, territory performance, quarterly business reviews, and annual planning.
• Lead cross-functional changes from problem framing through decision, implementation, adoption, and measurable results, with clear owners and durable handoffs.
• Define the future Revenue Operations & Strategy organization, operating standards, and hiring plan; recruit and develop the team as scale and complexity justify it.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience, or an equivalent record of impact, across revenue operations, commercial operations, strategy and operations, business operations, consulting, finance, or another highly analytical operating role.
• A track record of owning complex, ambiguous initiatives from problem framing through implementation, adoption, and measurable business results.
• Exceptional analytical and modeling ability across forecasting, capacity planning, territory design, resource allocation, scenario analysis, or performance management.
• Working fluency with HubSpot, Salesforce, or comparable commercial systems, plus comfort with spreadsheets, BI tools, SQL or SQL-adjacent analysis, and data-quality investigation.
• Experience building practical operating processes and governance without creating unnecessary bureaucracy for the people doing the work.
• Strong executive communication and judgment: you can turn complex analysis into a clear recommendation, decision, owner, and next step.
• Experience driving change through influence and establishing accountability across functions.
• Exposure to a field, territory-based, enterprise, marketplace, or other complex commercial model.
• A hands-on, AI-native approach to work. You should be eager to use automation and agents to improve data quality, decision speed, seller productivity, and operating leverage.
• High standards for accuracy, ownership, and follow-through, paired with low ego and comfort operating without perfect information.
• Healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, value-based care, or provider-referral experience is helpful but not required.
