Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Cisco networking infrastructure (routing, switching, and related technologies)
- Provide dedicated, hands-on support for a single enterprise client
- Travel to client and project sites as required
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues
- Collaborate with client stakeholders and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met
- Document network configurations, changes, and standard operating procedures
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Network Engineer with strong Cisco expertise (routing/switching, CCNA/CCNP or equivalent experience required; CCIE a plus)
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills for direct client interaction
- Ability to work Consultantly in a dedicated, client-facing role
