We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Warehouse Manager!

- As a Warehouse Manager, you are the essential link connecting our products to our customers – responsible for leading daily warehouse operations and ensuring our team delivers accurate, efficient, and safe service. You will oversee receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and the loading/unloading process while driving performance and maintaining a strong safety culture.
Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operation of the warehouse including safety & administrative functions.
- Train warehouse associates on operations, policies, and procedures.
- Oversee efficient truck loading & unloading, proper material handling, accurate receiving & shipping, and a clean, well-maintained warehouse.
- Ensure precise inventory control through consistent tracking, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy processes.
- Manage fleet equipment.
- Lead, coach, and support warehouse associates to maintain productivity and service levels.
- Deliver exceptional service to internal and external customers.
- Uphold Safety standards in all operations.
Requirements

- Physical Aptitude: This position requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis.
