• At SGS, we help businesses across a wide range of industries ensure quality, safety and sustainability. We're looking for a creative and organised Digital Marketing Coordinator based in Brisbane to support marketing initiatives across Australia and New Zealand.
• This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who enjoys creating content, managing digital campaigns, analysing performance data and collaborating with stakeholders across a diverse business.
• As our Digital Marketing Coordinator, you'll play a key role in delivering engaging marketing campaigns and maintaining a strong brand presence across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the planning, execution and optimisation of marketing campaigns across multiple business lines
• Monitoring campaign performance and providing insights and recommendations to improve results
• Creating engaging digital and print marketing assets, including social media posts, EDMs, brochures, flyers, banners and advertisements
• Writing compelling content for social media, website updates, articles, case studies and email campaigns
• Conducting market research to identify trends, opportunities and audience insights
• Coordinating marketing projects with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
• Assisting with the promotion and delivery of events, webinars, conferences and trade shows
• Ensuring all communications align with SGS brand guidelines
• Managing enquiries through the shared marketing inbox and supporting internal communications
• Updating and optimising website content
• Monitoring website performance and supporting issue resolution
• Maintaining the Marketing SharePoint site and communicating key updates
• Supporting digital marketing initiatives that improve engagement and lead generation
• You'll take an active role in managing SGS's social media presence, including:
• Creating and scheduling content across multiple social media platforms
• Monitoring performance and audience engagement
• Supporting content strategies with a primary focus on LinkedIn
• Identifying opportunities to increase brand awareness and engagement

Requirements

• We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, creative and eager to grow their career in digital marketing.
• A degree in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline (preferred)
• Experience or exposure to digital marketing tools and platforms
• Experience creating engaging content for digital channels
• Social media management experience, particularly LinkedIn
• Strong written communication and copywriting skills
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and build positive stakeholder relationships
• While not essential, experience in the following areas will be highly regarded:
• Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator or similar)
• WordPress website management
• Video editing using Premiere Pro or similar software
• Print and digital design
• Marketing analytics and reporting
