Job description

• We are a marketing and advertising department seeking a motivated Entry Level Event Marketing Assistant to join our team. This position offers comprehensive training in marketing strategy, direct advertising, promotional techniques, visual merchandising, and consumer market research. Upon successful completion of the training program, you will be considered a team lead in the marketing department.
• As an Entry Level Event Marketing Assistant, you will assist in the growth and development of assigned campaigns, customer acquisition and retention efforts, and the management of external customer needs. You will develop strong leadership and interpersonal skills while driving sales through retail promotional campaigns and building brand recognition through local events and experiential marketing.

Requirements

• Must be able to work full-time hours and some weekends for special events

• Desire to travel at least 1 or 2 weeks a year for further training

• Must be able to work in an energetic, fast-paced environment
• 2 or 4-year college degree in a related field
• Self-starter, creative thinker, problem solver
