• Reporting to Director, you will join Jellyfish's Investment Analytics team—a broad and diverse team within the Paid Media Practice encompassing Marketing Analysts, Data Scientists, and Data Visualization specialists. In this role, you will handle daily marketing analytics inquiries while advancing the long-term strategic vision for clients' measurement frameworks, testing agendas, and dashboard solutions.

Responsibilities

• Task Execution: Follow instructions and implement tasks with little to no errors within given deadlines and to the highest possible standards, adhering strictly to internal workflows.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct QA activities independently and confidently to maintain high accuracy and data integrity across deliverables.
• Client Support: Support managers and senior managers across various stages of the execution process.
• Pitch Support: Assist with pitch delivery tasks as briefed and guided by the senior team.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to complete tasks and drive project completion.
• Capability Specialization: Develop and maintain a solid understanding of different skills, Jellyfish products, and delivery areas within the capability (e.g., data unification, analysis, dashboards, paid media).
• Platforms & Tools: Maintain general knowledge and operational familiarity with platforms and tools relevant to Investment Analytics (IA) specializations.
• Paid Media Solutions: Understand the distinct roles of different analyses in Paid Media, recommending actionable solutions across dashboards, testing, measurement, and deep-dive analyses.
• Data Manipulation: Assist in connecting and unifying data sources, designing dashboards, conducting research to unearth key findings, and creating analysis outputs aligned with your specialization.
• Time Tracking & Bandwidth: Actively manage and understand bandwidth, proactively flagging when workload is likely to be above or below planned activity, and accurately tracking time in Financial Force.
• Project Scoping & Business Continuity: Ensure business continuity on projects when out of the office through detailed handovers, ensuring Slack, Gmail, and Calendar correctly reflect OOO status and colleagues are fully aware.
• Leadership & Growth: Actively seek regular guidance, training, and mentorship to continually elevate skills and performance.
• Business Awareness: Maintain a clear awareness of capability objectives and understand their overall impact on the business.
