• Are you an experienced HR Generalist with a background in construction who enjoys being involved in all areas of Human Resources?
• We’re looking for a hands-on HR professional to join a growing organization in San Dimas, CA. This is a great opportunity for someone who likes variety—you’ll support everything from recruiting and onboarding to employee relations, payroll, benefits, compliance, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Support HR operations across a multi-state workforce
• Recruit, onboard, and orient new employees
• Process weekly multi-state payroll
• Support employee relations and workplace concerns
• Administer benefits and the company’s 401(k) plan
• Coordinate performance reviews and employee development
• Help maintain compliance with employment laws, leave requirements, and OSHA regulations
• Maintain confidential employee records and HR data
• Prepare reports and analyze information using Excel
• Coordinate domestic and international business travel
• Support additional HR projects and initiatives

Requirements

• At least 3+ years of HR Generalist experience
• At least 2+ years of construction industry experience
• Experience with recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and benefits, and 401(k)
• Ability to work onsite in San Dimas, CA
