• Pay Rate: C$35.00–C$44.00 / Hour (CAD)
• Shift / Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM; team does have some coverage for Stat Holidays and some OT may arise based on project needs
• Travel Requirements: Not required
• The Trade Agreement Services team is an essential component of the Trade Agreement life cycle. This position will be responsible for providing best-of-class service to clients of TD
• Securities and internal business partners by managing the data capture requirements for legal information for capital markets trading products; the candidate will also be responsible for managing and investigating trade exceptions as related to various legal agreements.
• The Bank contracts with global counterparties for trading products such as derivatives, foreign exchange, and fixed income products, i.e., repo/securities lending agreements, ISDA
• Master Agreements, prime brokerage agreements, and related credit support documentation. We are looking for an individual who is detail and task oriented and who can liaise with various stakeholders across Client and TD
• Securities, interfacing with Sales & Trading, Technology, Risk, and other professionals across the firm. Due to the ever-changing regulatory landscape with respect to legal agreements, the candidate must be flexible and willing to embrace new challenges.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the management of accurate and timely data capture for legal terms/documentation between the Bank and its counterparties to facilitate operationalization of legal agreement terms, including the ability to review the legal agreements and codify terms in the appropriate system.
• Responsible for effective workflow, analysis and exception management of data related to the QFC Recordkeeping regulation, as well as trade exception queries.
• Responsible for effective workflow, analysis, and exception management of data related queries from both upstream and downstream consumers of the codified legal terms.
• Responsible for managing and updating the Scream tables that record netting status and product coverage for relevant legal agreements.
• Responsible to build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders across the bank and be available to service the deal flow with tight deadlines from global desks to operationalize legal agreement data.
• Collaborate with key technology partners to ensure that Trade Agreement data capture and Netting Table are running as efficiently as possible.
• Validate completeness of operational readiness activities and cutover planning for projects nearing go live and communicating status to Management team.
• Provide prompt and accurate responses to inquiries, escalating when necessary.
• Achieve a service standard of error free processing by ensuring accurate inputting of data to mitigate risk to TD (e.g., reputational, financial, regulatory, operational risk).
• Achieve Customer Service standards by adhering to strict Service Level Agreements.
• Work with Manager to ensure distribution of work and management of team mailbox are efficiently handled and prioritized to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Provide training to team members on best practices.
• Maintain and support business partner relationships across regions and respective business groups (e.g., Global Counterparty Credit, Enterprise Distribution).
• Maintain and update procedural documents.
• Produce various management reports and maintain key metrics.
• Assist with gathering data for internal auditors and other control areas as required.

• Sound knowledge and understanding of trading businesses and understanding of the operating environment, business processes and procedures, and the transaction lifecycle for Client Data Services as it relates to all businesses supported (e.g., Enterprise Distribution, Fixed Income, Institutional Equities, Corporate Lending)
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office with advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Highly developed critical thinking, due diligence, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage work volumes and change requirements across multiple processes
• Self-starter with a high degree of initiative and the ability to learn and adapt quickly

• 3 years of relevant work experience in Data Management
• 3 years of overall experience

• Banking experience
• Sound knowledge and understanding of Trade Agreements such as ISDA, CSA, MFSTA, GMRA, etc.
