Responsibilities
- Three days per week you see appointments, perform surgery and dentals, and practice at the top of your license.
- One day per week is yours to mentor newer veterinarians and lead our weekly two-hour hospital rounds.
- You work across all three teams—Customer Experience (CET), Technicians (TT), and Veterinary Assistants (VA)—fostering the collaboration that makes top-notch care possible.
Requirements
- 7+ years clinical experience, deeply confident in your medicine
- Outstanding diagnostician who loves a complex case
- Comfortable with emergency medicine
- Natural mentor who lights up when teaching others
- Exceptional client communicator
- Operational mindset—you understand how high-touch practices run
- Surgery welcome, not required
- Avian/exotic experience a plus; open mind is the only requirement
- 40 min to Boston • 45 min to the beaches • 45 min to ski mountains • No income or sales tax
