Job description
- The Warehouse Operations Manager oversees the entire warehouse operation, including receiving, storage, fulfillment, B2B, DTC, production/VAS, safety, labor, and performance metrics.
- Join a collaborative, fast-growing logistics company where technology and teamwork drive results. You’ll have the opportunity to shape how our systems evolve and directly impact warehouse performance across the network.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all warehouse departments and managers
- Ensure operational efficiency, accuracy, and safety
- Develop and enforce SOPs across all functions
- Manage labor planning, scheduling, and productivity
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure WMS accuracy and inventory integrity
- Lead performance reviews and team development
- Act as primary point of contact for key clients
Requirements
- 5+ years warehouse or 3PL operations experience
- 5+ years in a senior management role
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing multi-client environments
- KPI-driven and process-oriented mindset

- Salary: The anticipated base salary is $90k-$110k annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, internal equity, and location.
