• We have a demand generation and expansion engine that’s already running. What we need now is someone who can design the campaign strategies behind it, make the commercial trade-off decisions that determine where we invest, and take ownership of the outcomes across the full customer lifecycle.
• This is a strategic digital marketing role for someone who doesn’t just run campaigns — you design them. You decide what we run, why we run it, where we spend, and what we stop doing. You will own the strategic planning and optimization of global digital campaigns — from paid media and nurture programs to ABM plays and customer expansion campaigns — making the calls on channel mix, audience strategy, and budget allocation that determine whether our marketing investment converts into pipeline and revenue.
• You will sit within the Growth Marketing team, reporting to the Senior Growth Marketing Manager, and working closely with Digital Marketing, Customer Marketing, and Content and Creative. This role strengthens the strategic engine of our demand generation and expansion motion — you’re the person who decides what campaigns we build, how we structure them, and where we make trade-offs to maximize commercial impact across acquisition and growth.

Responsibilities

• Campaign strategy and design
• Design the strategic framework for global multi-channel digital campaigns — defining audience strategy, channel mix, sequencing, and budget allocation across paid search, paid social, display, email, and content syndication to hit pipeline and expansion targets
• Make commercial trade-off decisions on where to invest and where to pull back — you’re expected to analyze performance, identify diminishing returns, and reallocate spend and effort based on what’s actually driving outcomes
• Define campaign architectures across the full bow-tie — designing how campaigns work together from awareness and lead generation through to nurture, conversion, and customer expansion, not just launching them one at a time
• Brief the Content and Creative team on what’s needed and why — setting clear strategic direction for campaign assets based on audience insight, channel requirements, and commercial goals
• Account-based marketing strategy and execution
• Design and execute digital ABM campaign strategies targeting named accounts and account segments — defining the engagement model, channel approach, and success criteria in collaboration with the enterprise and sales teams
• Architect multi-touch ABM plays that blend paid media, personalized content, email sequences, and retargeting — making deliberate decisions about where to invest across new logo and expansion opportunities
• Stay current on the latest ABM tactics, platforms, and approaches — from intent data providers and programmatic ABM to personalization at scale — and make recommendations on what Duetto should adopt, test, or stop doing
• Define ABM measurement frameworks at the account level — tracking engagement, pipeline influence, and progression rather than just lead volume, and using those insights to reshape strategy
• Nurture, conversion, and expansion strategy
• Design and optimize nurture strategies across both acquisition and expansion — deciding what workflows we run, how they’re structured, and where we need to fix friction across the full bow-tie
• Define the campaign strategy for customer expansion — designing upsell, cross-sell, and adoption campaigns that support the commercial goals of the customer success and sales teams, not just repeating acquisition tactics
• Make data-informed decisions on where to focus conversion optimization effort — prioritizing the stages and segments where improvements will have the greatest commercial impact
• Own the analysis of campaign and channel performance — turning data into strategic recommendations on what to change, scale, or retire across the full lifecycle
• Regional strategy and localization
• Define how global campaign strategies should be adapted for local markets — making decisions on where to localize messaging, creative, and channel strategy versus where to maintain global consistency
• Provide strategic performance analysis by territory that helps regional teams and leadership understand what digital marketing is delivering — and what needs to change — across both demand generation and expansion
• MarTech and data operations
• Identify gaps and improvement opportunities in the marketing technology stack — making recommendations on how to improve integration between campaign platforms, CRM, and lead routing systems
• Ensure campaign infrastructure supports the strategic ambitions of the growth team — you’re the person who sees where the tech is limiting execution and makes the case for fixing it
• Champion clean data practices and campaign hygiene — because the quality of strategic decisions depends on a database you can trust
• AI-first campaign operations
• Use AI as a core part of how you design, plan, and optimize campaign strategies — from audience research and competitive analysis to performance modeling and scenario planning
• Bring an AI-native mindset to campaign strategy — always asking how automation, smarter tooling, and agentic workflows can raise the quality and speed of strategic decision-making, not just execution
• Contribute to how the Growth Marketing team adopts AI in day-to-day work — testing new approaches, sharing what works, and helping build practices that make the whole team faster and sharper
• Treat AI as a force multiplier, not a shortcut — the bar for strategic quality, targeting precision, and commercial impact stays high regardless of the tools used

Requirements

• Experience
• 5+ years in digital marketing, growth marketing, or marketing operations — with demonstrable experience designing campaign strategies that have driven measurable pipeline and expansion revenue, not just executing plans built by others
• Demonstrable experience designing and owning digital ABM campaign strategies — defining targeting, engagement models, and measurement frameworks for named accounts or account segments
• Proven ability to make commercial trade-off decisions across paid media, email, nurture, and content syndication — you know how to read performance data and decide where to invest, scale, or cut
• Experience designing marketing campaigns across both acquisition and customer expansion — you understand the bow-tie and know how to architect campaigns that drive growth on both sides of it
• Experience with marketing technology platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and programmatic/ABM tools — you understand the strategic possibilities and limitations of the stack, not just how to operate it
• Background in B2B SaaS preferred — but strong strategic thinking and commercial instinct matter more than sector match
