- Licensed Life Insurance Sales Representative
- Full-Time | Onsite in Tampa, FL | Company-Provided Leads
- Have an active Florida insurance license and looking for the right opportunity to use it?
- Elite Insurance Partners is growing our Life Insurance Sales team in Tampa and is looking for licensed professionals who want to build their sales skills, increase their earning potential, and work with a steady flow of company-generated opportunities.
- This is a full-time, phone-based sales position where you will connect with consumers who have already shown interest in insurance coverage.
- You will not be responsible for purchasing leads, cold calling random lists, door knocking, or selling policies to friends and family.
- Your license got you through the door. We provide the environment to help you develop from there.
- EIP provides our sales team with structured training, coaching, technology, and company-generated leads so agents can spend their time speaking with prospective clients rather than trying to find people to call.
- Our next training class begins October 5, 2026, and we are currently interviewing licensed candidates.
Responsibilities
- In this role, you will spend much of your day speaking with prospective clients by phone.
- Connect with individuals who have expressed interest in insurance coverage
- Learn about each client's needs, priorities, and goals
- Explain life insurance products and available coverage options
- Help clients understand their choices and make informed coverage decisions
- Professionally address questions and objections
- Follow established sales and compliance processes
- Work toward individual sales and quality goals
- Participate in coaching, training, and team development
Requirements
- Active Florida 2-15 Life, Health & Variable Annuity license
- OR
- Active Florida 2-14 Life & Variable Annuity license AND 2-40 Health license
- If you are newly licensed, we encourage you to apply. Previous insurance sales experience is not required.
- Active Florida 2-15 license OR active Florida 2-14 and 2-40 licenses
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work full-time onsite in Tampa, Florida
- Reliable transportation
- Comfortable working primarily by phone
- Ability to complete required company and product training
- Reliable and consistent attendance
