• Position Title: Fleet Management and Analysis Specialist
• Area of Requirement: Pittsburgh Air Reserve Station, Coraopolis, PA 15108
• Manage fleet accountability, maintenance analysis and scheduling to support efficient and economical operation of the installation vehicle fleet. Provide the data and scheduling controls that support fleet availability, economical operation and accountable vehicle management. Analyze maintenance and utilization information, coordinate preventive maintenance and identify trends requiring management action. Support dispatch coordination through data review while maintaining a distinct analytical role.

Responsibilities

• · Maintain fleet accountability and analyze maintenance and operating information.
• · Schedule vehicle repairs, preventive maintenance and special inspections.
• · Establish and manage the Vehicle Control Program.
• · Use DPAS and applicable accounting systems; do not work in another PWS position.
• · Analyze vehicle utilization, recurring repairs, maintenance costs and availability trends for management review.
• · Reconcile work-order and fleet data and identify incomplete or inconsistent maintenance records.
• · Coordinate scheduled inspections and maintenance windows with dispatch and the mechanic lead.
• · Prepare fleet reports and Vehicle Control Program records without entering dispatch transactions, operating vehicles or performing mechanical work.

Requirements

• · At least two years of experience or equivalent training in fleet management and analysis and DPAS operation and/or similar related accounting systems and procedures.
• · Capability to perform fleet management in accordance with DAFI 24-302.
• · No separately named professional certification or degree is stated.
• · Demonstrated analytical ability with fleet/logistics records, spreadsheets and maintenance or accounting-system reports.
• · Ability to translate fleet data into practical scheduling recommendations and preserve the separation of analysis, dispatch and maintenance duties.
• · Maintain required on-site core-hour coverage and after-hours availability for the assigned position.
• · Read, write and speak English fluently when interfacing with Government representatives; provide current qualification records for verification.
• · Complete required background/access processing, HSPD-12 credentialing and applicable onboarding/safety training before the assigned duties; complete the proposal’s Lautenberg certification process.
• Must be able to successfully pass, as required, a federal, state, or local government's background investigation.
