• Role: Associate Manager / Manager – Commercial Analytics (CNS Focus)
• Location: United States
• We are seeking an Associate Manager or Manager-level resource with deep expertise in the Central Nervous System (CNS) therapeutic area to support ongoing and upcoming client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Support ongoing and upcoming client engagements
• Directly manage client interactions and present insights clearly
• Lead and mentor junior team members, while also contributing individually
• Balance strategic thinking with executional rigor

Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience specifically within the CNS space
• Strong background in patient analytics, brand analytics and sales analytics (core requirement)
• Experience in marketing analytics and predictive analytics is a plus, but not mandatory
• Demonstrated ability to operate in a highly hands-on capacity, with approximately 50–60% of time dedicated to programming and data analysis
• Proficiency in relevant analytical tools (e.g., SQL or Python) and working closely with real-world data sources such as claims, EHR / EMR, and other commercial datasets
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to directly manage client interactions and present insights clearly
• Experience in leading and mentoring junior team members, while also contributing individually
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with executional rigor
• Prior experience supporting product launches or pre-launch analytics within the CNS space. This role is ideal for candidates who can seamlessly integrate analytical execution with client-facing responsibilities and who bring both therapeutic depth and commercial analytics expertise.
