- This position will provide guidance and support to the QAC department while supporting quality functions in North America.
Responsibilities
- The incumbent is expected to perform the following functions that the company has determined are essential to this position:
- Strategic Planning: Lead the development of annual business plans and long-term strategic roadmaps aligned with executive goals.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze financial or operational variances, and report business performance to senior leadership.
- Market & Financial Analysis: Conduct industry research, competitor benchmarking, and financial modeling to identify growth opportunities or potential risks.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with various departments to ensure to align departmental objectives with overall corporate strategy.
- Stakeholder Reporting: Prepare presentations, reports, and strategic briefs for the Board of Directors, Executive Committee, and external stakeholders.
- Special Projects: Evaluate business development opportunities, including market expansion, digital transformation initiatives, or strategic partnerships.
- Other tasks and duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in corporate planning, management consulting, strategic finance, or business operations.
- Intermediate knowledge of accounting and management principles.
- Advanced abilities in data analytics tools.
- Ability to analyze information and processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Approximately 5 %
- Must be willing and available to travel to such locations and with such frequency as is necessary and desirable to meet business needs.
- Must be able to operate a personal computer, telephone, and other office equipment.
- Must perform job duties onsite, when necessary, except those duties that are customarily or by their nature performed offsite (for example, offsite customer visits or audits).
- Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to work on multiple assignments at once, and complete assignments within deadline and budget (if applicable) with satisfactory quality.
