Data Analyst at DetailPage in Remote or Utah

• About DetailPage
• We're looking for a Data Analyst to join our Analytics team and help us scale how we measure, understand, and communicate client performance. You'll dig into the data to understand why performance changes, improve how we report results, and partner with Marketing to turn strong client outcomes into data-backed case studies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client performance across traffic, sales, Search Query Performance (SQP), share of voice, and other key metrics
• Investigate performance changes to identify the underlying drivers and turn findings into clear, actionable insights
• Partner with the Analytics team to make client reporting more consistent, scalable, and less manual
• Build and improve reporting templates, queries, dashboards, and QA processes
• Identify trends and patterns across clients that can improve our reporting and analytics products
• Create clear before/after comparisons, trend analyses, and visualizations that demonstrate client outcomes
• Ensure metrics and external performance claims are accurate, consistent, and supported by the data

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, or a similar role
• Strong AI skills and comfort working directly with data to answer open-ended questions
• Experience building reports, dashboards, or analytical workflows using BI and spreadsheet tools
• Strong analytical instincts with an ability to move from "what happened" to "why it happened"
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to make complex data easy to understand
• Experience with e-commerce, digital marketing, or Amazon marketplace data is a plus
• Experience with SQP, Vendor/Seller Central, or share-of-voice data is a plus
