Responsibilities

• MAKE AN IMPACT
• • Lead the design and preparation of high-quality presentations for C-suite and Board meetings, business reviews, and external communications.
• • Synthesize business performance, project updates, and operational metrics into compelling narratives.
• • Partner with senior stakeholders (Business Heads, Finance, Operations, Risk) to ensure messaging is consistent, data-driven, and aligned with strategic priorities.
• • Maintain an executive-ready view of key initiatives, KPIs, and transformation milestones.
• • Support and manage strategic projects across business units — from initiation to delivery.
• • Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics.
• • Track progress, identify risks, and ensure timely reporting to senior leadership.
• • Facilitate governance routines including steering committees and management updates.
• • Liaise with senior executives, finance, and technology teams to ensure seamless communication.
• • Build trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders to anticipate needs and support decision-making.
• • Collaborate with analytics and BI teams to gather, interpret, and visualize performance data.
• • Utilize tools such as Power BI or SAP BusinessObjects to produce interactive dashboards and reports.

Requirements

• Experience in leading executive presentations and preparing high-quality presentations for C-suite and Board meetings.
• Experience in project and program management, supporting and managing strategic projects across business units.
• Experience in business and stakeholder management, liaising with senior executives, finance, and technology teams.
• Experience in business intelligence and data insights, collaborating with analytics and BI teams.
