Job description

• Location: Orlando, FL (Orange County Convention Center) | Full Time | Pay Range: $60,146.75 - $72,465.96/YR + commission (Based on experience and qualifications)
• As an Account Executive, you will serve as a trusted advisor for clients planning live events and productions. You'll help transform ideas into technical solutions, guide projects from concept through completion, and ensure every event is delivered with the quality and professionalism our clients expect.

Responsibilities

• Develop event solutions by consulting with clients to understand event goals, technical requirements, budgets, timelines, and production needs.
• Build winning proposals by reviewing and delivering technical recommendations and pricing that align with client objectives and company standards.
• Manage client relationships through ongoing communication, adapting plans as requirements evolve and ensuring expectations remain aligned throughout the event lifecycle.
• Coordinate event logistics by working across teams to ensure equipment, labor, venue requirements, and production details are properly planned and executed.
• Support successful event delivery by validating equipment requirements, reviewing project readiness, and ensuring all elements are prepared before deployment.
• Drive client satisfaction and business success through event follow-up, issue resolution, contract administration, and collection of agreed-upon payments.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of audiovisual sales experience.
• 3+ years developing technical proposals.
• Experience supporting the full lifecycle of live events.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A client-focused approach with the ability to build lasting relationships.
• Persuasiveness, project coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
