Job description

• We're looking for a Partnerships Manager to grow AlertMedia's Strategic Partnerships program. You'll own these relationships end to end, including structuring and negotiating new partnership agreements, driving partner-sourced pipeline, and enabling the consultants who introduce us to their clients.
• You're an accomplished partnerships, alliances, or sales professional with a track record of scaling strategic partnerships across SaaS organizations. You take pride in earning credibility with a partner's executive leadership, and comfortable rolling up your sleeves to structure the commercial terms of partner agreements.

Responsibilities

• Partner Relationship Ownership
• Own the consulting partner program strategy by defining the vision, priorities, and engagement model while building executive-level relationships that drive long-term commitment and position AlertMedia as a strategic advisor within partner consulting engagements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for AlertMedia's Advisory Partner portfolio, owning the health of each relationship — from day-to-day cadence across partner stakeholders to enablement, escalation, and renewal/expansion of the partnership agreement itself
• Pipeline Development & Revenue
• Identify, structure, and negotiate new and renewing Advisory Partner agreements — including reseller, referral, and co-delivery models — in coordination with Legal and Sales leadership on deal and commercial structure
• Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline by embedding AlertMedia into partners' client advisory engagements (e.g., positioning AlertMedia within a risk consultancy's resilience or crisis-management engagements)
• Own forecasting and reporting for the Advisory Partner book of business, including ACV sourced/influenced, active opportunities, and anchor-account expansion
• Enablement & Internal Alignment
• Educate and enable both partner-facing consultants and internal AlertMedia teams (Sales, CS, Legal) on AlertMedia's platform, positioning, and the Advisory Partner motion, so each side knows how and when to bring the other in
• Build joint go-to-market materials and playbooks specific to the advisory motion (distinct from technology-integration partner collateral)
• Coordinate onboarding of new client accounts sourced through partners, ensuring smooth handoff between partner, AlertMedia CS, and implementation
• Program & Ecosystem Management
• Maintain and prioritize a target list of prospective Advisory Partners — evaluating fit based on client base overlap, geographic reach, and service-line alignment — while tracking and reporting on the health and performance of the category to Partnerships leadership
• Represent AlertMedia at partner and industry events relevant to the risk/resilience advisory community

Requirements

• Experience in partnerships, alliances, business development, or channel management within B2B SaaS, including structuring and negotiating partnership agreements (reseller, referral, or co-delivery models) — with a track record of owning revenue-generating partner relationships end to end
• Background working within, or closely alongside, an advisory or consulting firm (risk consultancy, Big 4, or similar professional services environment) is strongly preferred — you understand how consultancies structure client engagements and where a technology platform fits inside that relationship; experience spanning multiple partner types (technology, reseller, advisory) is a plus
• Strong executive presence and a consultative, trust-building approach. Advisory partners are won and grown through credibility, not quota pressure and you are comfortable engaging both partner-side leadership and day-to-day practitioners
• Skilled at translating a partner's client-facing advisory work into a concrete AlertMedia opportunity and can spot where the platform fits inside someone else's engagement
• Cross-functional fluency working with Legal on contract structure, Sales on deal support, and CS on account handoff, along with working proficiency in CRM and partner-management tooling to track pipeline and report on partnership health
• Strong written and verbal communication — able to produce partner-facing enablement materials and internal reporting with equal clarity
• Experience in specialized risk consulting, military background, or as an AlertMedia customer/end user strongly preferred.
• Self-directed and comfortable with ambiguity; this role will involve building process and structure for partner types that don't yet have a mature playbook at AlertMedia
• Genuinely curious about the risk, resilience, and crisis-management space, with a willingness to travel for the partner meetings and industry events that keep you close to it
• Active user of AI tools to optimize processes and improve efficiencies
