• Roetzel & Andress invites a skilled Commercial Finance attorney to join our vibrant team! Responsibilities

• Work on engaging commercial loan and private equity transactions for leading national financial institutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a law firm or in-house position, navigating complex financial transactions.
• Drafting agreements and structuring/negotiating acquisition finance and restructuring deals.
• Proven experience in performing commercial due diligence for Lenders.
• Strong emphasis on technical expertise and client service.
• Member in good standing and licensed in Illinois.
• The candidate must also pass a background check as a condition for employment.

Benefits

• The starting salary range for this position is $225,000 and $350,000.
