- Oncology Sr. medical advisor, responsible for medical strategy and medical plan development, both on-market and pre-launch assets, and input into Brand Strategy and Life Cycle Management and take the lead in the design and implementation of medical activities aligned with Brand Strategy.
Responsibilities
- Provide significant medical input to develop the local medical plan
- Participate as a member of the Local Brand Team, leverage medical insight and scientific expertise to ensure brand strategy always serves patient needs
- Build effective partnerships with Commercial counterparts
- Leverage insights and clinical experiences from China to contribute global strategy
- Leading integrated evidence planning with cross-functional team
- Lead the design of BMS sponsored local trials and surveys that meet scientific needs, and take into account regulatory and legal requirements, aligned with strategic brand needs
- Provide significant medical input on trial and survey feasibility and site suitability
- Review and provide input, if required, to analysis plan for local trials and surveys
- Works with RCO to ensure ISRs / CRCs are conducted within a compliance manner and the Sponsor-Investigator provides a final written report in the required time, and complete local Medical review of any planned publications in accordance with Publication procedural documents
- Act as a champion for the medical knowledge of a product or products
- Promotional Material Contributor & Reviewer
- Expert Contributor to Internal Stakeholders including Marketing, Regulatory, OR, PV, Legal Counsel, Access, etc.
- Support & Trainer
- Contribute to ensuring the high standards of clinical safety
- Contributor to Customer Focused Activity
- Programs and Symposia
- Maintain direct contact with External Experts to gather insights and input on treatments, and gain a full understanding of patient needs and behaviours, as well as scientific activities within the Disease Area
