• Your main responsibility will be to successfully bring searches to fruition and deliver exceptional experiences for candidates and hiring managers across our CBO function, with additional support for hiring across our corporate functions. Our team takes a consultative approach, working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Dedicated to sourcing and hiring top talent in the market, we ensure that every individual interacting with Airbnb's recruitment process feels valued and supported.

Responsibilities

• Manage and drive a full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interview, feedback and offers for all levels of candidates from entry to senior level — across our CBO function (sales, business development, partnerships and other commercial/revenue-generating roles) and our corporate functions (such as Finance, Legal, People, Marketing and Communications).
• Build pipeline for multiple requisitions across both CBO and corporate teams and geographies, flexing your approach to meet the needs of each function and establishing a strong diverse top of funnel.
• Partner with talent partners, hiring managers, talent operations and finance to build hiring strategy and plan.
• Influence business leaders and educate hiring managers on process, interview best practices, and decision making.
• Provide exceptional, high-touch "white glove" candidate experiences and create new ways to surprise and delight candidates as they go through our interview process.
• Accurately track candidate data and use systems correctly to be able to report to the business.
• Find the best, and most passionate people for Airbnb using new and creative ways to find and engage them, while operating with speed in a high-velocity requisition environment.
• Represent Airbnb with integrity and professionalism. Speak passionately and authentically about Airbnb and our mission.

Requirements

• 5 - 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with proven success recruiting for both revenue-generating roles (Sales, Business Development, Partnerships) and corporate/G&A functions (Finance, Legal, People, Marketing, Communications). You're comfortable moving between very different talent markets and calibrating a new hiring bar quickly.
• Experience operating in a high-velocity, high-volume recruiting environment, able to manage a large, fast-moving requisition load while maintaining a high bar and speed to close.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver a "white glove," high-touch experience for senior, stakeholders and candidates
• Track record for successfully identifying, qualifying, and closing exceptional candidates in competitive, quota-carrying, or commercial talent markets.
• Working knowledge of sales/BD compensation structures (base, OTE, commission) and what motivates commercial talent, in order to effectively assess and sell candidates on the opportunity.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to communicate complex concepts concisely and clearly.
• Well-developed analytical and influencing skills; comfortable partnering directly with revenue and business leaders on hiring strategy.
• Demonstrates a positive, can do attitude. Receives feedback well and looks to constantly improve and grow.
• Comfortable working with a high degree of ambiguity in a fast-scaling, environment.
• Strong organizational, planning skills and a solutions orientation — able to juggle multiple concurrent, time-sensitive searches.
• Genuine curiosity and strong desire to continuously learn and grow.
