• Are you an experienced HR Administrator who loves keeping things organised, solving problems and making sure people have a great experience?
• We’re looking for a Senior People Administrator to join our People Team, based onsite at our Head Office in Wootton, Bedfordshire. This is a varied and important role where you’ll help keep our HR operation running smoothly, supporting colleagues and managers throughout the employee lifecycle.
• You’ll be someone who takes pride in getting the detail right, enjoys being the person others can rely on, and is confident using HR systems — particularly Workday.

Responsibilities

• You’ll play a key role in keeping our people processes running efficiently and ensuring our colleagues receive a professional, responsive HR service.
• Be the People Team Workday champion, ensuring starters, leavers and contractual changes are processed accurately and on time.
• Support managers and colleagues with Workday queries, helping them navigate processes and get the most from the system.
• Monitor key HR processes including pre-employment checks, onboarding and leavers, making sure everything happens when it should.
• Maintain accurate employee records across Workday and SharePoint, ensuring information is secure, up to date and handled in line with GDPR and data protection requirements.
• Manage the HR inbox, responding to queries promptly and providing a friendly, professional and customer-focused service.

Requirements

• You’ll be an organised, proactive and people-focused HR professional who enjoys working in a busy environment and knows that the small details can make a big difference.
• Previous experience in an HR administration role, with an excellent understanding of the employee lifecycle adn HR processes.
• Strong Workday experience and confidence using HR systems are essential.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and approachable manner.
• The ability to work independently while also being a collaborative member of the People Team.
• Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential employee information.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.
