Market Growth & Sales Manager - New Jersey at InGenius Prep in United States

Job description

• We're looking for a relationship-driven sales professional to take ownership of the New Jersey market and grow it.
• This is a 50/50 sales and business development role. You'll sell directly to Chinese-speaking families seeking U.S. college and graduate admissions support while building the local partnerships, referral relationships, and network that generate new business.
• You'll have the autonomy to build your market, backed by an established company, proven services, marketing resources, and education expertise. Compensation includes a base salary plus uncapped commission and performance-based incentives.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from lead generation through close, working directly with families and multiple decision-makers.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, B2B partnerships, community relationships, and local events.
• Build and maintain relationships with families, partners, and referral sources.
• Identify new opportunities to expand InGenius's presence and revenue in New Jersey.
• Serve as the primary commercial relationship for families during the sales and early transition process, partnering with the education team on service delivery.
• Represent InGenius in the local community and build a strong New Jersey presence.

Requirements

• Native Mandarin speaker with strong English communication skills.
• Demonstrated success in sales, business development, recruitment, enrollment, education, or another relationship-driven commercial role.
• Comfortable generating your own opportunities and closing high-value, consultative sales.
• Entrepreneurial, self-directed, and motivated by owning a market and growing revenue.
• Strong relationship builder who can earn trust with families, partners, and other stakeholders.
• Confident presenter and communicator.
• Bachelor's degree from a U.S. university.
• Experience in education, college admissions, or working with high-expectation families is a plus, but not required.

Benefits

• Compensation: Total compensation ranges from $85,000 to $115,000, which includes a base salary, commissions, and additional bonus opportunity based on performance.
