• Overnight Front Desk Agent – TPI Hospitality
• Location: Residence Inn by Marriott, Roseville, MN
• Position: Full-Time - Overnight Front Desk Agent
• Shift: 11pm to 7am (Weekends Required)
• Pay: $16/hr to $18/hr

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, energetic, and positive interactions with guests
• Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and courteously
• Work independently by maintaining accurate records of reservations, arrivals, departures, and payments
• Monitor the property for safety and security – reporting concerns as needed
• Complete daily audit tasks and reports
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
