Job description
- The Internship will be dedicated to developing and implementing Global Processes within the Global Materials Organization including supplier collaboration, oracle planning cloud and global reporting system governing.
- Excellent digital project management skills supporting large scale Transformation Implementations.
- Help draft, update, and standardize global SOPs and training documentation for MSI Supply Chain
- Identify operational bottlenecks, lead time variances, or process hand-off gaps from forecasting to receiving.
- Must be capable of translating objectives into a deliverable strategy to achieve business goals
- Strong analytical skills
- Participate in and lead continuous improvement projects.
- Strong orientation to leadership, teamwork, and positive communication; a flexible, dynamic, self‐demanding and proactive individual, able to motivate him/herself and others
Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing Global Processes within the Global Materials Organization including supplier collaboration, oracle planning cloud and global reporting system governing
- Excellent digital project management skills supporting large scale Transformation Implementations
- Help draft, update, and standardize global SOPs and training documentation for MSI Supply Chain
- Identify operational bottlenecks, lead time variances, or process hand-off gaps from forecasting to receiving

Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, Operations, or a related field
- Graduation date not later then Dec.2029
- Basic AI Literacy: Familiarity with Generative AI platforms (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude) and practical experience with prompt engineering techniques.
- Data Tools: Hands-on experience with Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn), SQL, or advanced AI capabilities in Excel/Power BI and Google Gemini
- Systems Mindset: Strong curiosity regarding how AI, machine learning, and automation intersect with enterprise ERP environments and business process management.
- ERP/MRP (Oracle, SAP, etc) experience is preferred.
