• The Contractor Sales Representative is responsible for growing Brava Roof Tile’s contractor network throughout the New England territory. This role focuses on developing new business, strengthening relationships with existing customers and industry partners, and increasing awareness and sales of Brava products.
• This is a field-focused position requiring regular in-person interaction with contractors, customers, and industry partners throughout the territory. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who is comfortable prospecting, building relationships, providing product support, and managing opportunities from initial contact through close.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve established sales and growth goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, customers, distributors, and other industry partners.
• Prospect and identify new business opportunities through field visits, outbound calls, referrals, industry contacts, and other lead-generation activities.
• Work closely with the assigned Sales Representative and broader sales team to grow existing accounts and develop new customers.
• Conduct regular in-person visits with prospective and existing customers throughout the territory.
• Follow up on leads and sales opportunities to move prospects through the sales pipeline and convert opportunities into new business.
• Coordinate and support product demonstrations, training, and other on-location customer activities.
• Maintain accurate customer, activity, and opportunity information within Salesforce.
• Develop a strong working knowledge of Brava Roof Tile products and effectively communicate product features, applications, and value to customers.
• Provide timely follow-up and support to customer questions, concerns, and requests.
• Share market and customer feedback with Sales and Marketing to improve lead generation, targeting, and overall market strategy.
• Participate in regular sales meetings, training, and territory planning activities.
• Travel regularly throughout the territory as required.

• Experience within roofing, building materials, construction, or a related industry preferred.
• Established relationships within the contractor or building-products market are a plus.
