• Fabletics is currently looking for a Senior Wholesale Sales Manager.
• Fabletics is seeking a Senior Wholesale Sales Manager to lead the growth of our wholesale business. This role will own revenue generation, select retailer relationships, sales representative management, trade shows, and territory strategy. This role is also responsible for executive-facing updates, including monthly business reviews, performance summaries, and strategic recommendations.
• You are an entrepreneurial wholesale leader who knows how to turn brand potential into a scalable business. You bring established relationships across the industry, including retailers and sales representatives, and understand how to build a territory from the ground up.
• Fabletics Wholesale is a newer division with significant growth potential. The foundation is still being built, including our account base, sales organization, systems, and operating processes. The right candidate will be energized by that opportunity and comfortable operating with autonomy, navigating evolving infrastructure, and creating repeatable ways of working.
• This role reports to the Vice President of Wholesale and requires approximately 40–50% travel.

Responsibilities

• Territory and Revenue Leadership
• Own the strategy, revenue, and performance of an assigned wholesale territory.
• Build and expand a high-quality account base across women’s and men’s categories.
• Identify and open new business across major retailers, specialty stores, chains, gyms, spas, resorts, country clubs, and strategic partnerships.
• Develop seasonal sales plans, account targets, projections, and growth strategies.
• Manage seasonal assortments, buys, inventory opportunities, reorders, and account performance.
• Use sell-through, inventory, and marketplace insights to identify risks and unlock incremental revenue.
• Build senior-level relationships with key retail partners and represent the Fabletics brand with credibility.
• Sales Team Leadership
• Manage, develop, and hold accountable independent sales representatives within the territory. Explore existing network of sales talent to accelerate expansion.
• Evaluate territory coverage and identify opportunities to add or evolve sales representation.
• Provide clear goals, tools, coaching, and performance expectations to support revenue growth.
• Business Building and Operations
• Help build the operating foundation of the wholesale division, including sales processes, reporting standards, account management practices, and supporting technology.
• Create scalable, repeatable workflows that improve visibility, consistency, and execution.
• Maintain accurate sales pipelines, account documentation, forecasts, meeting notes, and follow-up actions.
• Work effectively within evolving systems and interim processes while helping define future-state capabilities.
• Learn and adopt new tools quickly, with a high level of comfort using technology and data to manage the business.
• Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Planning, Finance, Marketing, and other teams to support wholesale growth.
• Executive Reporting
• Own monthly executive-facing wholesale business reviews.
• Develop a repeatable, shareable presentation format that clearly communicates performance, forecasts, account health, opportunities, risks, and required decisions.
• Provide concise weekly updates covering revenue, sell-through, product feedback, wins, blockers, learnings, and upcoming opportunities.
• Translate detailed sales activity into clear insights and recommendations for senior leadership.
• Trade Show Management
• Own the planning and execution of relevant wholesale trade shows. Attend as-needed.
• Manage show strategy, retailer outreach, appointments, sales representative coordination, samples, logistics, budgets, and post-show follow-up.
• Evaluate trade show performance and recommend future participation based on business impact.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive wholesale sales experience, ideally within apparel, activewear, lifestyle, or a related consumer category.
• Proven success owning and growing a meaningful territory or account portfolio.
• Established relationships with relevant retailers, buyers, independent sales representatives, and industry partners.
• Experience managing sales representatives and driving performance through clear goals and accountability.
• Strong knowledge of seasonal selling, assortment planning, forecasting, inventory management, reorders, and account profitability.
• Demonstrated ability to open new accounts and convert relationships into sustainable revenue.
• Experience building a business, territory, or sales function where processes and infrastructure were still developing.
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills, including the ability to create clear, decision-oriented business reviews.
• Comfort learning new systems, working with data, and improving processes in a developing operational environment.
• A high degree of ownership, resourcefulness, judgment, and follow-through.
• Willingness and ability to travel approximately 40–50%.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• Ideal candidate brings foundational AI literacy, including experience using generative AI tools, and a proactive mindset to experiment with new technologies to drive productivity and innovation.

• The annual base salary range for this position is from $114,692-$150,000. The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
