• Location: Best Western, Willmar, MN
• Position: Front Desk
• Shift: Full-time, 3-11pm, Monday-Sunday flexibility needed
• Pay: Pay is based on experience

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, energetic, and positive interactions with guests
• Answer phone calls, manage emails, and provide information regarding hotel facilities, local attractions, and services
• Handle requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly
• Maintain accurate records of reservations, arrivals, departures, and payments
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
