Responsibilities
- Perform complex pricing and financial reconciliations using contract interpretation, financial modeling, and data analysis.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, insights, and business impacts.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Account Management, Finance, Legal, and Operations.
- Deliver accurate and timely reconciliation reports and business performance reporting.
- Support audit requests with ad hoc analysis and reporting.
- Maintain and enhance reconciliation processes, tools, and reporting capabilities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and outcomes.
Requirements
- Strong experience with SQL and SAS.
- Experience with Power BI, Databricks, and Tableau.
- Contract interpretation and financial analysis experience.
- Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills.
- Ability to manage large datasets and work in a dynamic environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Management) industry experience.
- Self-starter with a growth mindset and strong attention to detail.
