Responsibilities

• Product Design
• Co-own the roadmap for Sales & Marketing technology, covering quote intake and generation, CRM data hygiene, revenue intelligence, and marketing automation. Conduct deep process shadowing and interviews with sales, sales ops, and marketing teams across segments. Map current-state workflows from lead capture through quote, contract, and handoff to operations; identify the highest-leverage automation opportunities. Design SOPs and future-state workflows; build mockups and POCs to validate feasibility with sales and marketing stakeholders before engineering investment.
• Technical Design
• Define the architecture connecting CRM (e.g., Salesforce), quoting and rating systems, and revenue intelligence platforms (e.g., Gong), enabling the business to swap and integrate go-to-market tools without rebuilding core flows. Lead technical design for quote-to-cash integration across Air, Ocean, and Ground rating systems and the CRM. Oversee integrations with marketing automation and lead-scoring systems. Drive automation initiatives for high-volume, low-complexity quoting scenarios. Ensure standard engineering patterns are followed across the sales technology stack; identify and resolve cross-team capability gaps.
• Success (Execution and Measurement)
• Define operational KPIs: quote turnaround time, quote-to-close conversion, CRM data quality, and cost per lead. Partner with sales enablement and marketing operations teams for structured rollouts. Create meaningful measurement frameworks throughout the project lifecycle, with particular emphasis on instrumentation during rollouts to track adoption, impact, and pipeline improvements. Instrument experiments with analytics and data science; evaluate automation impact rigorously. Drive adoption of new sales and marketing tools through change management and internal enablement.
• Cross-team Coordination
• Build strong relationships with sales, marketing, and revenue operations leadership across segments and regions. Understand regional pricing, deal desk, and go-to-market differences, and ensure platform flexibility to accommodate them. Serve as the primary voice of sales and marketing within the TPM and engineering teams.

Requirements

• Academic or practical experience with fundamentals of AI across modalities. Comfort reading and writing code and working with modern application ecosystems (HTTP APIs, messaging and queueing systems). Experience in agile or scrum environments. Comfort operating without deep vertical domain expertise in any single area, relying instead on structured discovery and strong stakeholder partnership.
• Deep understanding of sales and marketing execution: quoting, CRM data models, pipeline stages, and deal management. Experience designing integrations between CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), quoting/rating systems, and revenue intelligence tools (e.g., Gong or similar). Strong comfort with marketing automation and lead-scoring technology. Strong data orientation with ability to define and instrument pipeline and revenue KPIs from scratch. Proven track record of creating meaningful measurement frameworks, especially during product rollouts and organizational change initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical and operational concepts to diverse audiences, including senior stakeholders. Strong analytical skills with solid experience writing functional and technical specifications (PRDs). Strong organization skills with excellent attention to detail. Proficiency with product management tools, diagramming tools (Visio, Miro), and collaboration platforms. Ability to drive short-term actions consistent with long-term strategic goals. Effective listening skills and stakeholder empathy, especially when navigating competing domain interests.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. 10+ years of technical program or product management experience with strong preference for sales technology, marketing technology, or revenue operations. All TPM candidates must demonstrate:
• Cross-team leadership experience across engineering, AI, data science, and business operations
• Comfort reading and writing code and working with modern application ecosystems (HTTP APIs, messaging and queueing systems)
• Experience in Agile or Scrum environments
• Ability to build strong relationships across technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Desirable: Prior experience building applications as an engineer or product manager; familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms; Gong or similar revenue/conversation intelligence tools; CPQ or quote-to-cash systems; marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo); change management experience for large sales or marketing organizations.
