- Applied Research Solutions is seeking a full-time Senior Program Manager to support multiple classified and sensitive government programs across DoW security environments. This role requires an experienced, multidisciplinary leader with deep expertise in security, program protection, secure facilities, and enterprise program management.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage classified programs across collateral, SCI, and SAP environments.
- Develop, implement, and oversee enterprise security, technology protection, acquisition security, and cyber resiliency strategies.
- Direct program protection activities for advanced weapon systems, critical program information (CPI), supply chain risk management (SCRM), and foreign disclosure processes.
- Support secure facility (SCIF/SAPF) construction, accreditation, co‑use agreements, and long-term lifecycle requirements.
- Engage in new business development and capture activities through proposal support and solution development.
- Coordinate program objectives and integration across DoD, DHS, OSD, Air/Space Forces, and coalition partners.
- Shape and implement policy, standards, and enterprise security frameworks supporting national-level protection strategies.
- Serve as senior SME across personnel security, industrial security, information protection, cybersecurity integration, and workforce development.
- Provide flexible support across rapid program expansion, emerging mission requirements, and multi‑site operations.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- Must have a current TS/SCI Clearance with enrollment in Continuous Vetting.
- 10+ years experience in the areas mentioned below
- Bachelor's degree
- Extensive senior executive-level experience (e.g. GS‑15/NH‑04 equivalent) within DoD or DHS security and program leadership.
- Proven experience directing enterprise security programs across SAP/SCI/collateral environments.
- Demonstrated program protection expertise including acquisition security and cyber resiliency.
- Experience establishing, accrediting, and managing secure facilities (SCIFs/SAPFs).
- Strong program management background including budgeting, risk management, and workforce development.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience representing organizations on national-level committees.
- Experience developing or administering national-level certifications (e.g., DoD SPeD).
- Experience integrating security into advanced R&D, acquisition, and operational technology programs.
