Responsibilities

• In this role, you’ll be a core member of the marketing team, working collaboratively with Life Science Partnerships (the sales organization), Product, and Research Oncology to support our real-world evidence product portfolio to execute go-to-market strategy and drive the creation and optimization of content that resonates with our audiences. In addition, you'll:
• Drive growth and retention for our real-world evidence solutions, partnering across Marketing, Sales, Product, and scientific/clinical teams
• Execute marketing plans, positioning and go-to-market strategies for new offerings and product features
• Conduct market and competitor research and translate insights into actionable strategies
• Create compelling content for marketing campaigns, sales, and industry events that differentiates our products in the market
• Develop sales enablement and training resources that support clinically and scientifically complex sales conversations effectively communicate the value of our solutions
• Own and drive consistency, adoption, and ongoing maintenance of core marketing systems to ensure materials are organized, up-to-date, and effectively leveraged across the organization

Requirements

• 2+ years of B2B healthcare marketing or healthcare consulting experience, ideally with exposure to pharma, biotech, or life sciences organizations
• Exceptional storyteller and communicator, with the ability to turn complex data science, technology and clinical concepts into clear communications
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives
• Comfortable with ambiguity, with demonstrated experience managing competing timelines and evolving priorities
• A strong understanding of how to balance AI input with human oversight to produce content efficiently and accurately
• Previous experience working with life sciences customers, with a familiarity of the drug lifecycle and research, especially within oncology
• Familiarity with real world evidence and data products

Benefits

• Salary Range: $88,000.00 - $121,000.00

• The pay range for this position is based on the preferred primary location of the role which is listed above. If you are applying to this role at a location that is not the preferred primary location, please keep in mind the salary range will vary and may fall outside of what is listed. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. An annual bonus and equity may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered.
