Job description

• Skillbridge Academy is seeking a motivated and personable Fundraising Sales Associate to join our team in Austin, TX.
• In this role, you will help develop relationships with prospective donors, supporters, and community partners while presenting fundraising initiatives in a clear and compelling way. You will play an important role in expanding engagement, identifying new opportunities, and helping the organization achieve its fundraising objectives.
• The ideal candidate is confident, professional, goal-oriented, and comfortable communicating with a variety of individuals.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective donors and supporters in a professional and persuasive manner.
• Present fundraising campaigns, initiatives, and organizational goals clearly.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with donors, prospects, and community contacts.
• Identify opportunities to increase fundraising participation and contributions.
• Follow up with prospective supporters and maintain consistent communication.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and fundraising progress.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and organizational goals.
• Provide a professional and positive experience throughout every interaction.
• Develop a strong understanding of Skillbridge Academy’s programs, mission, and fundraising initiatives.
