• This position will involve performing research and collecting data to assist in the identification and implementation of process improvement opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Assist Sheet Metal Department team members with various projects and tasks as needed.
• Assist in the identification, justification, and implementation of production process improvements.
• Assist department with data entry, analysis, and reporting to help management make informed decisions.
• Assist in developing plant layout proposals using 2D CAD software and coordinate the movement and installation of machinery and equipment.
• Design custom equipment and fixtures using 2D or 3D CAD software.
• Submit drawing modification requests as needed.
