Job description

• We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a digital healthcare transformation initiative focused on improving information management, technology-enabled workflows, and healthcare delivery processes.
• The successful candidate will work closely with clinical stakeholders to understand and document business requirements, analyze and map current and future-state processes, identify capability gaps, and support the implementation of new or enhanced healthcare systems and workflows.
• The role requires strong experience in healthcare business analysis, clinical systems implementation, homecare solutions, software testing, and change management, including hands-on experience with
• PROCURA
• Mobile, the Sunrise Altera suite, homecare client registration and clinical documentation solutions, and digital dictation solutions. The Business Analyst will also be responsible for developing and supporting test plans, testing estimates, and test cases, while collaborating with stakeholders throughout implementation and testing activities.
• The ideal candidate will hold a Business Analysis diploma/certification, valid PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner certification, and valid Prosci Change Management certification. This is a full-time, on-site contract position requiring availability for the full contract term.

Responsibilities

• Support a digital healthcare transformation initiative focused on improving information management, technology-enabled workflows, and healthcare delivery processes.
• Work closely with clinical stakeholders to understand and document business requirements.
• Analyze and map current and future-state processes.
• Identify capability gaps.
• Support the implementation of new or enhanced healthcare systems and workflows.
• Develop and support test plans, testing estimates, and test cases.
• Collaborate with stakeholders throughout implementation and testing activities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Analyst in a healthcare setting
• Experience working directly with clinical stakeholders
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation
• Business process mapping and workflow analysis
• Capability gap analysis
• PROCURA Mobile implementation experience in a homecare setting
• Sunrise Altera testing and implementation experience
• Strong software testing experience, including test plans, testing estimates, and test cases
• Experience implementing software solutions supporting homecare client registration
• Experience with clinical documentation solutions
• Experience implementing digital dictation solutions in a healthcare environment
• Business Analysis diploma/certification
• Valid PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner certification
• Valid Prosci Change Management certification
• Experience supporting healthcare technology implementation and workflow transformation
• Ability to work full-time on-site for the contract duration.
