Job description

• The Marketing Coordinator will support the development and execution of marketing projects, campaigns, promotional initiatives, and internal marketing activities.
• This role will work closely with different teams to coordinate projects, maintain marketing materials, analyze campaign performance, conduct market research, and help ensure marketing initiatives are delivered accurately and on schedule.
• The ideal candidate is organized, creative, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Coordinate marketing projects, timelines, materials, and deliverables.
• Support the preparation of promotional and brand materials.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Help maintain brand consistency across marketing communications and materials.
• Track campaign performance and assist with preparing reports and marketing insights.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners on marketing initiatives.
• Assist with event, promotional, and customer engagement activities when required.
• Maintain organized marketing files, resources, calendars, and project documentation.
• Support the development of presentations, proposals, reports, and campaign materials.
• Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes and overall campaign effectiveness.
