- Strong knowledge of applied statistics, causal inference, time-series modeling, data mining, experimental design, and advertising measurement methodologies
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to translate complex analytical and measurement concepts into clear, actionable insights for executive audiences
- Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on problem-solving across enablement, measurement strategy, analytics, and individual-contributor initiatives
- Ability to rapidly learn and apply evolving AI systems and tools to advance data-driven decision-making, insights generation, and industry best practices
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant quantitative or business field, or equivalent years of practical work experience
- 8+ years of post-Bachelor’s experience in advanced analytics and measurement; or a Master’s degree in a quantitative or business field plus 7+ years of post-graduate experience in advanced analytics and measurement; or a PhD in a relevant quantitative or business field plus 4+ years of post-graduate experience in advanced analytics and measurement
- Experience in marketing science, product strategy, advertising measurement, or a related field within a technology company, media agency, consulting firm, advertiser, or research company
- Advanced degree in business, mathematics, economics, engineering, or a related field
- Deep understanding of the digital advertising and measurement ecosystem across Brand and Direct Response measurement
