- : Analyze chronic problems.
- : Provide Industry best practices and Standards.
- : Maintain the hardware Inventory Update to date
- : Provide specialized hardware / software / network problem diagnosis / resolution.
- : Route physical problems to onsite hands and feet support staff
- : Coordinate H/W Maintenance activity with 3rd Party for hardware installation, troubleshooting and fixing hardware issues
- : Upgrades based on new technology/New deployments
- : Create Standard Operating Procedure (SOP’s)

Requirements
- Secondary Skills : Firewall/URL Filtering/Load Balancers/Wireless (Good to Have)
- Work Experience : 4-5 Years
- Device Knowledge : Cisco Routers/Switches/Cisco ASA/PaloAlto/Citrix Load balancers/Zscaler/SDWAN
- Project Competencies and Behavioral Competencies: Resolve technical issues & ensure smooth operation Maintaining client SLA.
- Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders.
- Certification expected : Knowledge of CCNA and CCNP is highly desirable.
